Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that Wiblo LLC (“Tugboat”, “we”) uses on heytugboat.com, wiblo.app, and the Tugboat applications. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (such as local storage) works in a similar way. Both let a website remember something between visits, such as that you are signed in.
2. What we use today
We use cookies and browser storage only to keep you signed in, to keep your session secure, and to remember settings you choose. We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
| Name | Type | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-* | Cookie | Keeps you signed in and secures your session | Until you sign out, or the session expires |
wiblo_last_workspace_id | Cookie | Opens the workspace you used last | 1 year |
sidebar_state | Cookie | Remembers whether the sidebar is open | 7 days |
theme | Browser storage | Remembers light or dark mode | Until you clear it |
wiblo.sidebar.collapsed, wiblo.agents.* | Browser storage | Remember layout and agent display preferences | Until you clear it |
These are all set by us, and all are needed for the Service to work or to do what you asked, so they do not need your consent. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, but if you block the sign-in cookie you will not be able to sign in.
3. Analytics we plan to add
We plan to use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website, for example which pages they visit and where they come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and sends information about your visit, including your IP address and device details, to Google.
Before we turn it on, we will:
- update this policy and our Privacy Policy to describe it;
- ask for your consent first where the law requires it, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and let you change your choice at any time;
- honor a Global Privacy Control signal where the law requires it.
Until then, the Service sets none of these cookies.
4. Websites we host for businesses
Websites that businesses build and publish with Tugboat are run by those businesses. Our standard website sets no cookies. If a business adds cookies or analytics to its own website, that business’s own notice applies and it is responsible for any consent the law requires.
5. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change. Questions? Email support@heytugboat.com.
This policy is effective as of October 18, 2026.
